WEEKLY TIMETABLE
MONDAY – Zumba Gold
11.00–11.50am
A fun, low-impact dance fitness class perfect for beginners, active older adults,
or anyone who wants to move at their own pace in a supportive environment.
TUESDAY – ConfiDANCE
6.30–7.30pm
This class is about freedom, confidence and joy — not getting steps “right.”
There’s no pressure, no choreography overload and absolutely no judgement.
We start by landing into the body, gently build energy through feel-good dance to
music you know and love, and finish feeling uplifted, lighter and more confident.
Perfect if you love music, love to move, feel a bit self-conscious in traditional
fitness classes, or just want an hour that’s purely for you.

WEDNESDAY AM
StrongHer Gold (50+)
11.00am – 12.00pm
This strength-based class is friendly, supportive and empowering.
Designed especially for those aged 50+ who want to feel
stronger, steadier and more confident in everyday life

Accessible, easy-to-follow line dancing routines set to fabulous country hits.
Perfect for beginners and anyone who wants a fun, social evening with a twist.
FRIDAY – Zumba Gold

A repeat of our Monday session — same fun, same community,
still with no booking required.
SATURDAY – StrongHer (Women Only)
10.00 – 10.45am
A strength and toning class designed for women. Using weights and
body resistance, you’ll feel empowered, stronger and more confident each week.
