WEEKLY TIMETABLE

MONDAY – Zumba Gold

11.00–11.50am

A fun, low-impact dance fitness class perfect for beginners, active older adults,

or anyone who wants to move at their own pace in a supportive environment.

TUESDAY Zumba® Fitness – Club Style Edition

6.30–7.20pm

Your mid-week escape! A darkened room, disco lights and party vibes —

total freedom to let go and dance like nobody’s watching.

 

WEDNESDAYBallates

6.30–7.30pm

A unique fusion of ballet and Pilates, blending grace, strength and stretch.

Build tone, posture and control in a relaxed, fun setting.

 THURSDAY – Country with Catherine

6.30–7.30pm

Accessible, easy-to-follow line dancing routines set to fabulous country hits.

Perfect for beginners and anyone who wants a fun, social evening with a twist.

FRIDAY Zumba Gold

11.00–11.50am

A repeat of our Monday session — same fun, same community,

still with no booking required.

 

 SATURDAY – StrongHer (Women Only)

10.00–10.45am

A strength and toning class designed for women. Using weights and

body resistance, you’ll feel empowered, stronger and more confident each week.
