Here you will find our full timetable and our booking system.which contains full class descriptions. The system is easy to use and you just create your own account using your email address and a password of your choosing. If for any reason you struggle to get booked simply email a member of the team and we will assist you.

We do understand that everyone is on their own journey back into the 'world' so we also have online class options. If you wish to have an on demand class with immediate access and to do as and when you choose then please head to the On Demand Classes section on this website.
