Join us at our fun and friendly Fitness Pilates Classes where we focus on exercise that nourishes and strengthens the body rather than stressing or depleting it. The class is the perfect format for busy women who have a lot of demands placed upon their time and their body.
The structure of the class is some slow and controlled exercise with light weights and resistance bands to strengthen the core and upper and lower body. This is done in a slow and controlled way and proper technique is shown throughout. We then move onto the pilates element of the session with some nourishing flowing movement to release stiff necks, backs and hips. The sessions always end with a gorgeous relaxation and meditation where we focus on pouring energy back into ourselves and decompressing from the week.
This programme is suitable for all abilities.

Sessions take place on Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm at The Linskill Community Centre in North Shields and are £9 per session PAYG

These sessions are booking only and I must know you are attending in advance. You will need to bring a mat and some 2kg hand weights with you. You are welcome to borrow some for the first session just let us know you need some
